Booking/Payment :-
For Confirmation travel services, 30% payment will be made to confirm the booking and the balance amount will be paid on the day of your departure. In case other than above like special train travel, hotel or resort booking during religious festival full payment is required to be sent in advance
Cancellation :-
If you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be the date we receive your notice. Cancellation charges will be applicable if:
Number of days before the trip | Cancellation charges |
More than 28 Days | 25 % of the Tour Cost |
More than 15 Days | 50% of the Tour Cost |
More than 10 Days | 75% of the Tour Cost |
More than 5 Days or less | 100% of the Tour Cost |
Deposit :-
On confirmation of travel booking form, 30% of the tour cost per person will have to be deposited with the company.
